HEALTH BENEFITS OF FLAX SEEDS
Long before flaxseed was the superseed we know it as today, it was primarily used to create textiles. These days, of course, it’s considered a staple in the nutrition world and is known for being an excellent source of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Flax, also known as common flax or linseed, is a flowering plant.It is cultivated as a food and fiber crop in regions of the world with temperate climates.
