Which eggs are more nutritious? Testing organic, free-run and conventional (Marketplace

CBC Marketplace tested more than 300 eggs from 14 different brands to find out if organic, free-run and conventional eggs are better nutritionally.

Studying about eggs is just like everything else. There is so much information it is hard to determine what is what. The eggs I recently bought was from a small farm and she specifically said, "my chickens are happy chickens."

They were very high in price, too much for me to pay on a regular basis, but for a one time deal to experiment with taste and packing/shipping method, okay for me. They do taste a little bit different, but not that much different in my opinion. In this video the highest prices came from small farms and was $8. My box was even more expensive that $8. Will I purchase these eggs again. NO.

I think for a one time experience this is enough, I will try Wal mart's marketplace organic eggs, however, I do really doubt that Great Value eggs for just a little over $1 is as nutritious as the over $4 for organic eggs. This is just my opinion. I probably will eventually go back to Great Value or whatever brand I find in the grocery store as in the end, I think it is not going to be a really big difference in nutrition for me.
