Ginger Spice is Good Medicine

Ginger comes from the root of a plant with leafy stems and yellowish green flowers. Ginger is grown in the native to warmer part of Asia such as China, Japan and India. Plants grown in the Middle East are used as medicine with food. We can also find Ginger plants growing in parts of South America and Africa.

I read a lot about the health benefits of different spices. In fact, I use a little less than 1/4 teaspoon of organic powder ginger root every morning in my warm lemon and raw honey drinks. I read in countless places some of the possible health benefits related to this spice are:

  • an effective pain reliever from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, menstrual pain
  • helps to reduce nausea including motion sickness
  • helps to control inflammation
  • counters the activities of cell damaging free radicals
  • acts a blood thinner
  • helps to protect brain cells from deterioration associated with Alzheimer's Disease

Unfortunately, four out of five people don't get the recommended daily allowance of vitamins and minerals through food alone. That's why supplementing your diet with a multivitamin is so important.

To ensure a balance between getting just enough and not overdoing it, we formulated our Life’s Abundance Multivitamin. This unique supplement provides you with a focused approach to daily wellness. That’s important because instead of bombarding your body with an endless list of vitamins and minerals, like other dietary supplements, we included only the nutrients you need for optimal health and nothing you don’t. Plus the proprietary spice blend and black pepper fruit extract in this supplement, supply you with an additional nutrition boost.

This multivitamin supplement is in vegan-friendly, veggie capsules that do not contain magnesium stearate. The capsules are made from cellulose, which not only helps protect sensitive ingredients but also breaks down and delivers nutrients more quickly than the compressed tablets you can find on store shelves.

Life’s Abundance Multivitamin is a wise choice for those who wish to take a sensible, focused approach to daily supplementation!
