Good Nutrition and Physical Activity is Essential for Cancer Survivors

Getting over cancer is not the end of fear of cancer and this is understandable. Once you lick it, you will most likely continue to fear it will return.   • get regular physical activity that not only supports a healthy weight but also is associated with lower risk of cancer recurrence as compared to being inactive.
